   I was bit confused but I think I see it now.

   Panel 1 & 1.2: Jobe equips a chair (slyly).
   Panel 2: Jobe spins clockwise (top perspective) with a diagonal overhead swing but gets stabbed mid-stroke by Turik.
   Panel 3: Regardless, the momentum of the chair is unaffected and Turik suffers a hit which breaks the back leg of the chair. Turik recoils and the blade is dislodged.

   Panel 4: Personally, I think something happens between panel 3 and 4 that allows Jobe to pick up the chair and gain the momentum illustrated. Maybe a kick to the chest sends Turik stumbling back and allows the bear to re-equip the chair up and go in for the charge.

   Panel 5: Turik gets pinned to the wall. Discombobulate.
